Who handles your enquiry

Credziva uses the details you submit to respond to your loan assistance enquiry.

What we collect and why

The callback form collects your name, mobile number, loan type, and approximate amount. We also record the time, enquiry reference, originating page, and callback-request version so we can process and keep a record of your request. We do not request identity documents, account credentials, or credit reports through this form.

Contact and lender sharing

By submitting “Request a callback”, you ask us to contact you about this enquiry. This does not give consent for unrelated marketing, a credit check, or automatic submission to lenders. Before a lender submission, we will explain the intended sharing and obtain the relevant consent.

Storage and access

We receive and manage enquiries through a restricted database or a private staff Telegram chat. When Telegram alerts are enabled, the details submitted in the callback form, enquiry reference, time, source page, and callback-request record are sent through the Telegram Bot API to that chat. Telegram also processes the messages under its own privacy policy. Access is limited to authorised operators and the service providers supporting this workflow. We use encrypted connections in production. Our initial-enquiry retention period is 90 days. Database records are removed by our retention process; Telegram messages are removed by authorised operators. A separate arrangement or applicable requirement may call for a different period after you proceed.

Cookies and technical data

This website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The server may process limited connection information to operate the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures. Please do not include sensitive documents in your initial enquiry.

Your choices

You can ask to correct or delete your enquiry, or withdraw permission for further contact. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out.
